REcruiting and Sales!
Advertise products that are for sale on TripleClicks. When a new customer purchases something he found using your link, you get the Sales VP and the Direct Commission! If anyone joins SFI after becoming your PRM (personally referred member), he or she will be your PSA in SFI!
Direct Recruiting is important also because you are looking to build your team of people who will follow your example and build their own teams. Each time one of your PSA's becomes EA2 or team leader, you get the corresponding leadership points. If you PSA purchases anything from TripleClicks, you get the Direct Commission from that sale!
Using a combination of recruiting and sales allows you to climb the ranks of SFI with just your hard work and example. Good luck to you!

How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

I think this question should read: "How do you prepare your affiliates for his/her first month in the business where he/she doesn't have the mega free VP to get him/her to EA quickly?"
I say this because SFI offers affiliates the opportunity to match their first month's points in their second month. So if an affiliate is able to fast track and get most of the point generating items done in the first month, his/her second month starts out that far ahead.
No on gets that opportunity in his/her third month.
I would send out emails at the end of the first month encouraging new affiliates to look for the matching VP email at the beginning of his/her second month. Then, during the second month, coach on how to acquire new affiliates and how to coach their new referrals.
Nothing worth having is free. That includes an SFI business. You pay with your time, your money, or both. Be sure to be up front with your new affiliates that having a 1500 VP standing order makes sure they can earn their commissions each month.
Make sure that you include ways to make EA without the standing order, too. Encourage logging in and getting the daily, weekly, and monthly VP. Then go into methods of getting new affiliates and TripleClicks members. These are the real gems of this business.
Remember there are going to be people who sign up just to see what it is all about. As long as they are still around, don't give up on them. They may never respond but may suddenly see something that gets them motivated.
Don't make it sound like a bed of roses, but convey that it's possible for anyone!

Just keep promoting your SFI and TripleClicks links all over the web! Also, join W3 an keep the sticker on your car or even get a car door magnet and keep X-Cards in the car.
If you get the chance to travel, consider getting some of the clothing with the logo on it and have X-Cards and gift cards ready to hand out to people you meet on the way.
Basically, it's a matter of advertise, advertise, advertise, and then advertise some more!

One way to get people who are engaged in other network marketing businesses to look at SFI is to offer to evaluate their products for compatability with TripleClicks.
I think this is a mostly untapped area so far, but you see it all the time on sites like Amazon and Ebay. People use their MLM as a dropshipper. When an order comes in, they go to their product portal and order it having the product shipped directly to the customer. If the company doesn't allow for this, then they either order the product ahead of time and hope to sell it or order it after they get the order and ship it out to the customer as soon as they receive the item.
By doing this, you do not need to do any comparison between SFI and the other MLM. You keep all correspondence positive adding value to the relationship on both ends.

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

While there are many benefits to having a standing order, until a person finds his own personal reason, trying to convince him is going to make him feel pressured.
A different approach would be educating your downline in the necessity of making sales at TripleClicks:
1. In order for any company to make payments for overhead and affiliates, there must be revenue: TripleClicks is Carson Service's revenue generating branch.
2. The TripleClicks Executive Pool increases as sales at TripleClicks are made. These payments are based on VP, so as they acquire more VP each month, their share of the TCEP increases.
3. You can earn unlimited VP from sales at TripleClicks. Only 2000VP from sales counts for being a team leader, but each VP earned gives you a bigger share of the TCEP.
You can also recommend items to your downline. If you have a standing order you can tell your downline about the products you have on SO.
I have the 125 TCredits package on my SO. I enjoy bidding in the auctions and entering the PTP contests. Bidding gives me VP and MRP and PTP gives me MRP, and I enjoy the auctions, so I also get personal enjoyment from my purchase.
Generating excitement and giving them a sense that they are missing out if they don't at least look at TripleClicks is the way to go, in my opinion.

I would not try to convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again.
If it was a person with whom I have regular contact, I would talk about all the new and exciting things going on with SFI. I would also talk about all my positive experiences with SFI.
I would never ask someone to rejoin SFI. I would, however, leave the door wide open for them to walk through if they chose to do so.

When you find the solution to overcome an obstacle you personally experience, share it with your affiliates.
One solution I have found is I can make my sales VP for becoming a team leader by introducing people to the Pricebenders Auctions. When someone I refer to TripleClicks buys TCredits to bid on auction items, I get the sales VP. I have many acquaintances that like to bid in auctions. Introducing them to Pricebenders gives me Direct Commission and sales VP.
By passing on your solutions, you are helping them more than you will ever know!

The best way to get the most from the MRP you earn will depend on your personal priorities.
You can use MRP to purchase many items, but you only get Sales VP on items you purchase from TripleClicks Direct.
There are also items that can only be purchased with MRP. You can find those items under the "Rewards" tab.
I use MRP to make up the difference between the 1500VP from my standing order and the 2000VP maximum for Bronze Team Leader. I purchase 5 single TCredits each month earning 510VP and I have transfered all of my magazine subscriptons to TripleClicks. This saves me a bundle each year on my favorite magazines. I'm saving the rest of my MRP to purchase an IPad.
Another way that I have used my MRP is purchasing TCredits to give to my PSA's that are really working. PSA's always enjoy getting free TCredits.

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

I send individual welcome letters to each new PSA from my personal email account. I do this because I feel it shows that I am willing to go outside the business framework to communicate with my team, that I'm available even if I'm not logged into SFI.
I also do this because group mailings feel like group mailings. I am open to having a personal relationship with members of my team. This lets them know that they are more than just part of the group.
