How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

Its really a good question to ask.
Actually, promoting a new affiliate to our business is not so difficult job, but yes, maintaining them to continue building their business on SFI is really really tough job for each of us.
What we can do is to let them know what actually SFI business is. Many of our affiliates turn to SFI because they thing its where they can earn money without spending money and time. So we should tell them that consider its your own business and then how do they try to build up their business.
In pursuit of sustaining them and make them active in SFI, we need to guide them how they attain and maintain EA status and also inform them the advantage of being EA.
After, they being convinced about EA status, we should let them know the importance of making a SO in their account. Also we need to tell them each and every points where from where they can get VPs and TCredits.
The final stage of second month plan for our affiliate should be to encourage them to make duplicates under them. With this, we will be successful in preparing our affiliates in their second month.

I see, many have conveyed their best preference in Power tools. Let me also convey you what I felt best for me.
1. Genealogy: I would say genealogy is the best tool for any affiliate because it helps us GUIDE our downline to work better for their as well as our success. Genealogy helps us understand and review the work progress we did to build up the business.
2. Communication: I would give 2nd preference to PSA/CSA mailer option, because without a proper communication no business will be successful. Our success depends on how our downline succeed. To help our downline succeed, we need to communicate well with them. PSA/CSA mailers would help us to achieve this.
3. S-builder Co-op: I would give 3rd preference to S-builder Co-op, because it provides us new sign-ups to work under us. To have a successful and strong downline affiliates, we need to recruit them through many ways. One of the best ways to get a good number of affiliates is to acquire a S-builder (though i don't have one, i read many success stories of S-builder).
4. Key-Code Tracking: I would give 4th preference to Key-code Tracking. If we have many ways to recruit a few affiliates, then to know how and from which ads did we get a new affiliate can be found out by key-code tracking. This will help us to improve the advertising more fruitful.
5. Gift-Certificate Manager: Though I haven't tried yet, I would give this my 5th position of preference. This gift-certificate would help us get more affiliates to make our business successful.

The following details are essential to make a good BUSINESS CARD.
1. A good caption. An attractive and thought provoking caption.
2. Should have a matching LOGO to your caption/Business
3. Should contain your Name, Position
4. Should provide the contact details like phone/mobile number, email id and social network/Skype ids
5. Should be better if you have a WEBSITE to details the business/program you mention to your contacts.
6. Should detail a few important points on the back of the card. The main high-lights of the program should be mentioned here.
7. The card should be made on professional, classic look. No eye irritating colors to be added.
8. Some say its good to keep a personal photo in the Card, but I am against it. On the professional front, we don't need to show up our photo, it reduces the classic look of the card.
9. Ensure to keep correct and genuine details on the card. This is most important.

It's the HOPE and FAITH IN ONESELF that keep one move forward.
Try to do the below contents to keep yourself active and moving forward;
1. Login daily to read some new information everyday. It helps us to know how one can lead a business to Success.
2. Take a few minutes to talk to someone. Try to talk to someone about your business and generate a kind of interest in the other person. If you keep doing this process for a few days, you will definitely end up seeing some of them joining under you to enjoy the benefits you get from doing this self Business.
3. Watch the Auctions and play the Games: By watching the Auction you will know how others are enjoying this business in their way. Play the Games to keep yourself active and interesting. That will help you to develop your business in the later stage.

Dear Keith,
It's a question asked by many affiliates who find it difficult to invest in SFI in one way or other.
Let me justify myself of what I invest in SFI to become successful.
It is always good or best to invest in SFI for at least $ 30 every month (for 3-6 months only). Why because, with the amount you invest in, you can buy 100 TCredit pack as Standing Order every month. You are sure to get 1200VP which will help you to regain your EA status every month before 20th.
With the Tcredits you buy every month can be used to bid in the auction for TCredits, PSA&CAS pack, IAHBE, S-builder, etc. If you are so short of spending this amount try to accumulate TCredits and go for winning IAHBE of 3/6 months. This can help you regain your EA status every month without investing any amount on it for next 3/6 months depending on your winning.
Meanwhile, we have to build our team with active PSAs & CSAs to start earning out of it. Once we start earning, we can use the same amount to develop the business. This way we can grow slowly and don't need to invest any amount but to receive profit out of our successful business.

It is so simple. You did all these activities in SFI to get some benefits. So it is very essential that you duplicate your downline to do what you did, to earn RESIDUAL INCOME.
If your duplication is successful, you gain profit. If not, keep trying duplicate to gain profit.

Good question!!!
You have asked something which is the basis for our business in SFI. The more success we are in motivating our affiliates, the more will be our profit in SFI.
First, we would start with a welcome mail to our new affiliates. Introducing the sponsor and need of continuous pursuit to build up the business. Here, we should explain scoring more VP, its importance in gaining more money. Also inform them to attain 500 VP in 24hrs of their registration.
After 3rd day, we should mail them again to congratulate and encourage them for their effort during last 3 days. Here, we should teach them the importance of EA status and the ways to reach EA. Give them a few examples of benefits of EA status. Ask them to write down a mail with their wishes and future plan to reach those wish.
After 7 days, we should tell them the importance of duplication. Explain them the role of new affiliates in earning more profit. Also give them a few methods for acquiring new affiliates as well.
After 15 days, we should give them a proper training of how to improve their business. Inform them the importance of spending a few penny to earn a lot of money. Give them a few personal achievements (cash receipt, tripleclicks winning, contest winning mail, etc) to them to believe.
But all these can happen only if they come back to SFI on the second day. So, its very important that our welcome mail to them should be interesting and encouraging them to come back from 2nd day onwards.
I think my note may bring a few ideas to some of you.

What's the best TripleClicks product to have for a Standing Order for a financially challenged affiliate?

Hello,
I would recommend a SO of 100TCs if you are sure of login SFI on daily basis, otherwise it's recommended a SO of 125TCs for first 3 months.
I have seen many authors explaining how to reduce the cost of spending by buying 1 TCredits and buying with MRPs. Those are good but will not help you grow in the business of SFI till you get a good number of active PSAs.
Whereas, if you buy 100TCs/125TCs it will help you bid in the auctions too (its recommended to start participating in bidding after 2-3 months or before, if you understand the strategy and the big players in it.
Use your MRP to buy only 200TCs, IAHBE or S-Builder Co. after you earn sufficient.
You may face a serious financial challenge in the first few months. But it will reduce and start to earn a good income in the later stages.
Try not to go with the stringent strategies to cope up with your financial stability, else you will feel no progress after a few months.

I would say both.
We can't guarantee all our affiliates will continue to build their own business successfully, unless we take care of their financial part too (its where many of new affiliates stop coming to SFI).
If we need to improve our business then we need to recruit new affiliate as well as train them to be successful in SFI. So recruiting alone will not bring any effect on our business rather it can only waste our precious time. But if we try to help those who are new joiners, then we can definitely say that we did use our time wisely, and that will finally effect into developing our own business.
Therefore, the conclusion is we should recruit new affiliate regularly and train them to be successful in SFI.

1. Be realistic: its necessary to inform the recipient the true picture of business. Exaggerated note may lead the readers get a wrong picture.
2. Be attractive: the recipient should be attracted by your add and that should make the reader to know more of it.
3. Be example: show your achievements as the best example for the readers to understand the benefits.
4. Be reminding: an advertisement will become effective only if it is reminded frequently. A single posting ads may not bring much effect but a continuous ad can bring several positive affiliates. At the same time, repeated ads should not irritate the reader too.
5. Be promised: the ads should make a reader promising something for future. The future promising ads will make more people turn towards it.
6. Be local: there can be many asking doubts related to the ad. We should be more rewarding to their doubts and easily accessible too.
