As a team leader, the best way to build a team with true team spirit is to communicate.
This business model is based on the ability to create an active team of affiliates to duplicate your efforts. Without effective communication, it is impossible to replicate your efforts. Your team has to know how to be successful and it is your responsibility as a team leader to guide them to success.
The beauty about SFI is that in order for you to be successful, your team has to be successful too. In other words, your success hinges on the success of the team you have built. Then you teach them to do the same and watch your organization grow.
Adressing the team spirit aspect, having contests and promotions, congratulating team members in stream posts among other things will go a far way in getting your team spirit up.

SFI is definitely the best online opportunity there is, bar none!
I am proud to be an affiliate because:
1) There is never an obligation to buy anything;
2) It is one of the fastest growing online business, despite being around for over 15 years.
3) It provides the potential to earn unlimited income.
4) It works!
I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

There is a lot of information that is available for free at SFI. Starting a newsletter is an excellent idea to get your team reved up and up to date with what's happening on your team. Ideas for newsletters can range from updates that your team members might have missed, information about special deals at Tripleclicks and valuable team building ideas and strategies that your team may employ. Above all, it is important that your team feels your genuine concern for them to succeed and your willingness to help them along that path to success.

How do you respond when someone asks you about SFI?

This is very interesting because it is an open invitation to explain the best business model on the internet.
I always start by telling them that this is an opportunity of a lifetime in which you receive all the training and tools free of cost. I ensure that they understand that this is not a get rich quick scheme, then explain that it is a real business which can allow you to grow rapidly if you are truly interested and can devote about an hour a day to building. I point out that to sign up is free and if you have marketing experience, you can leverage others' efforts monthly so that you do not have to spend anything out of pocket; but if you are new to marketing, it would be beneficial to invest about $55 dollars per month on marketing and business building tools (S-Builder and IAHBE).
I highlight the SFI basics and tell them that by helping others to succeed you automatically succeed. What can be better?

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

What to sell at Tripleclicks depends on what you expect to gain from selling. Of course you are here to make money so you have to look at what you think will do well in your opinion. There are many items being sold at TC so it is important that you provide something unique in order to maximize sales. If this is done, it doesn't even matter if it is cheap or expensive; people are more concerned with value.
What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

There will always be those affiliates that are "passers by". That is, they are not committed to building their businesses; they just wanted to see what this opportunity was about.
That being said, you don't have to do anything more than you are doing now. Continue to include them in your weekly newsletter. Keep leading by example and keeping the lines of communication open. You never know when they will finally wake up to the awesome opportunity they have available to them. Who knows, one of these sideliners may one day become one of your biggest stars.

In this business, constant communication is vital. However, one must be careful not to overwhelm your affiliates with too much to digest. The Launchpad series is already designed to walk affiliates through the basics of the business.
Your main job is to motivate your team. Your weekly newsletter and your stream posts should be enough communication. Then you respond to any individual questions you receive from your affiliates.

The best types of businesses to focus on are:
1) Local small businesses that have little money for advertising. The possibility of having a worldwide base of customers and a platform to upload their products for free and have thousands of affiliates promote those products is amazing.
2) Herbal and wellness companies. Health and wellness is always a big niche to tap into.
3) Digital product retailers. The instant nature of the products coupled with no shipping costs cannot be beat.
All the business types above stand the chance to do very well on Tripleclicks and can increase your commissions exponentially.

Why don't more people work towards advancing in SFI?

The fact is that many people expect riches to fall from the sky without doing much work. From my experience, these people give up as soon as they realize some level of commitment and work on their part is required.
SFI provides an excellent opportunity to become self-reliant, focused and create a residual income. This can be acheived in a number of ways. Yet, many people do not take the time out to read and put their thoughts and goals into actions.
Another reason some people do not work towards advancing in SFI is that they focus too much on the FREE to join slogan and therefore they do not expect to invest anything into becoming financially free. As soon as the VPs from the first two months dry up, so do they.
Finally, some people get depressed when they see their first commission check. They may have expected to be handsomely rewarded for their first month of completing their to-do list. Not understanding the process of duplication, they opt to stay on the fences.

In order to garner maximum sales and maximum exposure, ECAs should post updates and offers about their business. This may range from constant communication about new products, discounts, promotions and upcoming releases.
Your news posts on your ECA website is available and seen by any TC member that connects with your ECA. This keeps them abreast of all that is happening with your ECA. Additionally, anyone who visits the website of one of your connections will see your posts on that persons website. This is great potential for new customers as well.
