This month, one of my CSA gave me a rating of 4 stars. He wrote in a comment: "You should keep up the good work but also try to motivate people like me. This is what I need most. Thank you."

I think the motivation is very important for all members of our team. This is something that every leader needs to do, to praise good work, congratulations, and to reward, but each of us needs to learn to keep herself/himself the highly motivated.

Being motivated means to light a fire inside yourself, discover your inner strength that will lead you to the desired goal. It is not always easy to keep the flame because there are often many obstacles along the way. But if you focus on the solution, not the problem, every little step forward will be straw on your motivational fire. You'll go farther, and farther.
At SFI, we clearly see our goal - to improve living conditions, financial freedom ... However, for each of us, it has their own personal, special meaning. How bad do we want it? Ask constantly this question to your downline. How bad do he/she want it? How are you eager to succeed?

In order to stay motivated, we have to constantly think about our goal, and not only on this one, the big one. Tell them to keep in mind their daily, weekly, monthly… goals, to write them down, and to be sure to set a time limit for the execution of objectives! It helps to that fire burning!

This has taught me my experience. My CSA reminded me of what I should do. Maybe it will help you too, to keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI.

I will mention only a few events in my experience that make me very proud. Try it, the feeling is great!

After several months of work, I've ordered Payoneer MasterCard! The card arrived at my home address before the stipulated deadline, but after about ten days I ordered it.
I was very, very proud, incredibly proud! It was my first money I earned in the SFI, which made it possible! My confidence in this business system has become unconditional - SFI keeps his promises. For me, this is very important. Since then, every 10 of the month, I get a report of earnings for the previous month. Soon after, I can go with my card shopping online or offline, as I need :).
I showed it to friends and family with joy. I wish you could see their faces!
Especially those who say "Oh, I don’t believe in working on the Internet, there's no money, a waste of time!" They changed their minds and more appreciate my persistence in our business!
There are more people who believe only if they can physically touch the stuff. Make your business the reality for them! Show them your card! Then, they become potential members of your team!

Also, in section ASK SC we have the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience with other members. After six months of work, I ventured to do so. I thought that I worked hard and learned a lot, and that I have something to give to others. I was really proud when I saw my name among the top three answers. For that I received the award, 50VP (never too much :)). I must add, it was the second most read response. I believe that I will soon win the first place. Perhaps with this answer :). At least I try and I want to be helpful.

Being a part of the SFI team means being among the hardworking, smart, creative people. Have always a helping hand is a precious thing. I appreciate that. Wonderful feeling, just for pride.

Recommendation: Win your card and share your knowledge and experiences with others, so this is the same as I do. You'll get extra VP, new badges, which will see members of your team, you will open up new opportunities in business, duplicate ... Make me proud, make you proud, and others will follow your example.

Six months ago, I had to decide that - SFI affiliate VS. traditional business.

Well, imagine all those days when you are busy, getting ready to go to work. You need to get out at a time! Not a minute later!
Maybe you have a baby or very young child, you didn't sleep well...
Perhaps, you have a large family and the morning is the time when everyone asks you something. One of these days you should stay longer at work to create reports for the previous week. Tension and nervousness growth. The stress is enormous.
Why? Well, your boss does not like it when you're late for work. He is expected to strictly obey the rules and regulations of the company, or else ... He will find someone to replace you, and you will find the problem.

Does it have to be like that?

Now imagine the morning when you're relaxed, with a smile on your face. You're full of understanding and love for your family. There's no rush. You can do all that is needed, carefully and patiently, to start a nice day for you and your family. Then, you take your morning coffee and, from the comfort of your home, you come directly to your office. Specifically, your perfectly organized SFI office! Sounds gooood, right? Or you can do it on your flash where sunlight reaches just as much as you need... Or you can take a walk to your favorite cafeteria with a laptop under your arm... Or to the park... Or, wherever you want!

Why shouldn’t you? You decide where and when you begin your workday. No one looks at you sideways, you are your own boss!

Priceless! I prefer this way.

PS. Ah, yes! When you take your coffee and make yourself comfortable, if you're still in your pajamas, you can stay dressed like that ... I mean, if you want to ... Dress code is your choice. :)

Sometimes we spend, and sometimes we invest.

To simply explain it to a member of your team ask him/her some questions:
What are you spending on? What are you investing in? How do you decide?
To spend means to exchange value for a product or service. You spend on what gets spent.
But, you invest on what develops into even more value.

You're the owner, right? You have your online office, websites, your team you work with, your online store,... taking your business, right? Owners are investors!

If you're serious about running your job and you think how to maximize your income, then you will want to consider whether and how much money you want to invest in your business. Setting goals and careful planning will lead you on how to do it wisely. The importance of investing is just that, to bring us to higher revenues. I think it is smart enough.

In order to convince him/her in the above, just explain how compensation plan works and all of the matching points. Everyone have to choose how wants to spend their money. Spending or investing?
For starters, standing order is good choice to invest, on my opinion.

PS. Don't forget the time! Also, choose how you spend your time. Playing games on your computer is spending, but working on your business plans is investing.

Once you know the difference and what it brings to you – you can easily choose.

The essence of our work lies in the duplication. Find joy in the work that leads up to it. Passion and enthusiasm are key to good results. Recruit members and recognize the right workers among them. It's open to you many doors for creative work, implementing and testing new ideas, discovering new aspects that the Internet offers, wining new business opportunities in SFI...

Is there any greater benefit in a job than to do a job that you love and that you got for it a good profit?

If you realize your job seriously and work hard every day, take actions and get results (as people working in a company outside of the Internet, for their boss), then you need to show what, how and how much you do to the members of your team. As a sponsor, you need to pass on the knowledge and the skills to your members. For this, there are many ways and methods that SFI is provided, as well as those that you can do alone to take care of good communication with your downlines. With good support for your team, you'll get a stable team and stable earnings. I believe that this is what they want, too. Instruct them in how to create their own team. Show by your own example!
Active team will bring you a good profit, but also members of their teams will bring you profit, too. And so on, to the unimaginable depth :). That's the beauty :).

Your answer is in the word "team." The secret (if there is any secret) is in the team members!

To qualify for the team leader, you need to have at least 3000 VPs – “S” and “A” points.

“S” points are the points that you could make by buying online, for TripleClicks sales you've made during the month, and the best way to do this is to set up SO.
"S" stands for TripleCliks sales.

What is with the "A" points?
“A” is for actions!

You collect them by doing your daily, weekly, monthly tasks. If during the month you recruit an ECA, you get points. Also, you can get them on the Daily Grand, then, as a reward for one of the top three answers in ASK SC, biding at the auctions ...
However, if you do not want to risk to stay "short" for a couple of hundred of "A" points, you need to have in the team at least 2 or 3 active members who are EA2, in order to qualify for the position of team leader. One EA2 member brings you a reward of 100VP – “A”! And it will happen every time, every month they renew their EA status. Then you ensure your leadership.
