How do I set up a system to organize and track my advertising?

What I have done is to make my own domain so that I can use pretty links to show my own domain name and/description so that none of my sfi gateway links are rejects as spam by some submissions. I put my keycode in the link of the gateway and then my pretty link is just my domain name/description.
The pretty link allows traffic monitoring too.
As well as safelists and email double optin lists I submit to directory listings too.

How can you keep your downline from quitting and giving up on SFI?

As we are all individuals there is no easy answer. Many will sign up looking for fast easy money and get disappointed if VP does not equal dollars instantly.
If they are likely to quit it will be shown in a couple of ways.
Firstly, no response to your welcoming them to their online business and offering help and guidance as they learn how to take the tools freely given so they can succeed in SFI.
Secondly, a falling off of the initial hunger for VP as indicated on the genealogy and movers pages.
Some will have a distrust of online businesses and possibly be over powered by the huge store of information available in SFI and see us as merely out to make commissions from them rather than wanting them to have as much success as we do and more. Making a business should be fun and enjoyable for all.
It is said that people do not buy things but buy from people they know, like and trust. If we can just be there to guide them and they know it then it should not be the case that they will quit and give up on SFI but rather other factors outside SFI and our ability to help them. I like the saying that if the time is not right then its not our time yet.
Rewards and contests are favored so I try to reward by no cost to them co-ops so they can see how to support others in growing their business and see for themselves how team building and team work provides support not simply for a leader but for any affiliate.

How can we reassure our downline to continue their activity with SFI after the recent cyber-attack?

It is in my eyes a sign that SFI truly is in the big league now. Painful and disruptive as it has been SFI survived and got stronger for it thanks to the strong vision that Gery shares. The outpouring of commitment from affiliates around the world and the close community of the Forum, A2A and ASK SC show that we will only go from strength to strength.
Did you also see the advice given to us which related to a CNN news item last December when a similar incident affected another big business? We can now prove that we survived and grew stronger. All necessary measure were put into effect immediately taking nothing for granted. Like only a handful of top CEOs who I've known in my short time online (33 years) Gery personally took steps to be seen answering many questions and making certain news was sent out to all keeping them informed. That is the mark of a great leader well supported by a great team. Criminals are not only in the streets around us they are online too. We can reassure downlines and new recruits that we are here open for business and unstoppable.

I want to start a newsletter for my team of affiliates. Which topics should I focus on?

I try to assimilate the news in the past week and look forward to what should be the focus of the next few days to help my team keep up to date with current actions.
Most business people hearing an item of news would first check its true and then ask what does that mean for my business. It is the same for us as this isn't a daily exercise in collecting VP. More its laying down the foundation of future success from passive recurring monthly income.
In my drive for recruiting affiliates I always try to reach out and ask them to contact me so I can help. Establishing two way communication is vital to their success. Share tips about how you get that basic step working. What triggered your affiliates to return your contact? That is the most important step in the business.
Where and how to advertise? What is working now and what might work in future? We all need that info. Who have you connected with? How have you helped grow your business and influenced others?
My current focus is recruiting ECA stores. I ask my team to contact me so I can scrape details of businesses in their city to contact about ECA stores. What to say and how to say it are some of the details I am talking about in my team newsletters. I hope to record their successes from feedback too so that others will gain confidence to do the same.
There is no perfect list of topics rather tell it as it is and how you are focused and share your vision and the successes of individuals in your team to let them know they are not alone.

Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

I was lucky to find an A2A friend who was running a successful ECA store. I had assistance to list my first items and then I realized I had an opportunity to list products for businesses and other affiliates. By having an ECA store myself I am able to offer assistance to my team to help them with their ECA store and recruiting ECAs including helping them list their first item. It is not as complex as it might first appear;)
Some will not be comfortable with shipping internationally so will prefer to supply inside their national borders and that's fine. Some ECAs do this but offer in contact for potential customers outside their country to investigate shipping internationally.

For me SFI gives me focus. A set list of tasks to do daily is the minimum but it is surprising just how many fail to take even the basic steps to build a business.
A brick and motor business will take time and money...this is just online so people seem to think push button but even so it needs time and a little money to speed up results.
What I like about SFI is that everything needed in training and support is always accessible. Forum answers give insights into what worked well for others to give us hope that will work for us too. Support is really there for us and always has the answers I need.
Knowing training and support is fully in place it means even I can go out and share this with the world and be proud to be a part of something that is growing. Why growing? Because it provides and answer that people need. people need to sell and make profit but how? There are still a lot of people out there who wouldn't have an idea of how to put their goods and services online for sale. We have that answer! We have the support of affiliates who connect and help advertise so they too can have commissions. Its a win win for everyone involved.
Truly it is making a difference and that is why I am proud to be a part of a movement going forward in strength.

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

It might be tempting to classify best items for sale as being cheap price and most profit but that would not hold true for everything and it would quickly stagnate.
TripleClicks is growing and will explode with growth even more in the near future because it is answering a need. Can I buy a product here and now that I can't get anywhere else without spending even more money to get it?
Consider the artwork bought as a souvenir of a holiday? Did it really only cost $10? Not if you consider the expense of the holiday itself. That rare picture of a beautiful scene? If I took my camera to that location and snapped it myself would it not also cost me in travel expense? Just a couple of examples that makes TripleClicks items accessible and affordable. The retail price isn't the only consideration in the buyers mind. It is also what is the value to me of buying this item or service. If the answer is in our favor then the sale is made whatever the price.

How do you prepare your affiliates for their second month in the business?

This is when decisions are made to continue with SFI or give up. Being honest with affiliates in talking through how they see the development of their business is vital. Some will be learning still and find their collection of VP doesn't translate into $ as well as they hoped. Birds in the field may be fed but they have to get out of the nest themselves.
If they are able to spend time at keyboard then to made EA can take a lot of keying in but if they can spend something then they can achieve EA with spending a little on TCredits which can always be put to good use. I have seen some affiliates stay at affiliate level even after many years and are successful in SFI.
It really does depend on the affiliate, whether they see their track in SFI ahead. If different from our own track then that's ok too.
There are lots of different opportunities to earn in SFI. By month two affiliates should have a better idea of how much time they can spend at their business and what direction they should take. Knowing that VP comes from selling in TripleClicks they might like to see how to attract a local business into TripleClicks as ECA and so gain royalties. A search for local businesses should give clues as to who to approach and upline should be helpful in guiding affiliates through contacting and following up. I offer to help with first listings to anyone in my team. Some affiliates might have family or friends in business possibly with a website store already so these should be easy to talk to about ECA.
If they are attracted by the recruitment possibilities of growing their own team and duplicating there are TripleClicks stores able to assist if they are willing to spend but they can also advertise freely to attract team members through social media and or blogging.
Just being a listening ear and helping to guide them will be a comfort as month two is hard if we are all alone.

What good methods can I use with the new DIGITAL TripleClicks TCards?

I am reminded that its our personal contact with potential recruits that give us an amazing opportunity to enhance the recruitment process as to sign up is merely one step in becoming an affiliate. People are fundamentally interested in learning from people how something made a difference to them.
Digital methods can rely on text or pictorial inputs designed to raise interest in finding out just what these benefits mean...notice I didn't say just what these features mean. The language is critical.
The card now is not a card but a code to be entered into a web form, so its vital to communicate about the benefits of joining you (because you are learning each day what it takes to be an awesome sponsor) and you can show them how to maximize the different benefits that the gift card can provide them and how just testing out these benefits can change their lives for the better just like yours.
Any method that gets a response is good. What works best will depend on us as individuals being comfortable in relating to others our enthusiasm for a life changing business opportunity. People join people because social endorsement lends trust. A tweet or a Facebook post isn't what excites people rather its the enthusiasm we show so lets make our tweets and posts or pins and such like catch attention.

The old saying of "it takes time" applies to most projects and building a successful business with the tools that SFI provides can be true.
To avoid taking a long time to recruit I am aware of buying sign ups as a strategy although it can sometimes be expensive.
There are moments in time when people who are keen and interested sign up and make a difference to an individuals success as in last year when during the first half of 2013 there was a lot of marketing activity centered around a wall of adverts by many which helped some affiliates of SFI to attract the interest of eager business people.
While paid adverts might filter out tire kickers I suspect it also helps if webinars for training new affiliates in your team can help the duplication process as some provide.
Personally I provide website training for my team as that can cut down a time lapse in communications especially when time zones differ.
