The number one biggest mistake I believe is thinking you know what the customer wants. Put another way might be to say you believe your customer wants, or likes what you do.

The most important thing is to listen to your customer. To listen to what they say about what they want/need.

First get to know your downline. Read their profile and see why did they join SFI. Also. Check what is it they like best about SFI. Look at what they consider their person strengths in promoting their SFI business.

Read their goal message everyday for a week or two. Each day the click the goal but they record what they did that day. If you are responsive to what they enter, you will receive ever better information from them.

Knowing your affiliate is critical.

I think you should promote your own products.

List about five or ten products on your TConnect page. Then invite your friends to your TConnect opening.

I like this approach personally because my friends have similar likes and interests that I have. They are at a similar place in life to where I am. I have 2 teenagers. I know my answer is too late to be in the competition for best answer, but I think it will be helpful.

There are two types of affiliates, there if you count people who do nothing.

1. I want my own business, Affiliates

And

2. "Me too" business affiliates.

Number one you cannot help too much. He/she is looking for every way, every idea, every and anything to advance HIS business. He/ she is a leader, owner, learner, doer and thinker.

What is the best and most cost effective way of boosting your income with SFI?

If you mean by boost, a sudden surge of income then I would list products on TripleClicks. Look around your house and find a few items in good condition that you are just not using anymore. Then list those items in tripleclicks, cost 1 TCredit, gain 1 VP and the profit from the sale. This will boost your income.

How would you convince an affiliate giving up on SFI to continue in the business?

When I was first in SFI I worked hard. It was hard work because I was learning. Now I understand a lot more about the business so I am working much more efficiently.

But after a month of hard work I got an SFI commission of about $0.79 and I was really discouraged. I thought about quitting. So, I have been right at the same place as many people who quit. I thought, "I have very little money to invest, how will I succeed." I expressed my frustration to Martha, my Sponsor.

I employ a couple of strategies.

1. I build lists of my Facebook friends. The first list is Family. The second is Close friends. After those two I list people by their interest, or our shared interest for why we are friends.

The best time was yesterday. The second best time is Now.

Why? There is a lot more that goes with Rank than just having a team.

1. Increased TCredits each month.
2. Increased credibility making team building easier.
3. Increased share of the CSA reassignments.

CSAs alone are worth the work and effort to achieve rank.

This can be a real problem. But it is true that what motivates so many people at first is a quick Dollar.

What I have done is explain that in SFI there are 2 primary ways to earn.

Slow, but big money.
Fast but small money.

Slow but big we hear about all the time. It is he way of duplication. But so many people loose the vision and quit before they reach their financial goals. The Dream gets them started, and it may keep them going for a while but without steps

Well, I am not sure if this is stealing an idea, but I will tell you the incentives that recruited me. So these are really my up line sponsor's ideas.

1. The promise I would receive my own affiliates. My sponsor told me if I got to 1500 vp before the month's end I would receive 2 affiliates from SFI and 2 from her. This was huge. I did not really believe it. But imagine my excitement when I received 4 CSAs and 5 PSAs. I was ready to work.
