How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?

When sending out Team Mail, once in a while you might want to review SFI's 3-Step plan with your team. Include the benefit's of achieving the rank of EA/EA2. However, I have found that not every person on my team really wants to build a team or at least not start there. They want to sell Tripleclick's products and earn commissions in that way. Some are just looking for a sales platform

How do I explain to prospects what my relationship is with SFI and TripleClicks?

It's really simple: Tripleclicks is an on-line store and you, as a SFI member, are a sales representative. It is our job to advertise and promote sales for Tripleclicks and earn commissions for doing so. Additionally, we also try and recruit new members for SFI so that there are more people generating TC sales. We also earn from the recruitment activity as well by way of shares (vps) of SFI's Executive Pool.

ADVERTISE! ADVERTISE!! ADVERTISE!!!
Anywhere and everywhere you can think of ...Online & Off line. Advertise to generate Tripleclick sales, to signup PSAs and ECAs, promote EZ Games ... .SFI gives us so many ways to advertise for Free, as far as cash investment goes. There will have to be an investment of TIME however.

Yes, you can be successful in SFI even if your PSAs and CSAs are inactive. Your PSA/CSA downlines are just one revenue stream that you can work in this business. There are several others like generating sales from advertising TripleClicks, generating sales of your own stuff (either TConnect page or ECA), signing up ECAs, getting the word out about the penny auction PriceBenders, etc. I recommend continuing to market for PSAs but also investigate one or more of the other avenues that SFI has provided

The best way to start a new month in SFI is to set, plan out, and implement an action plan. Yes, SFI has us do some goal setting at the beginning of each month, but I am referring to goals such as, what rank do you wish to achieve? How do you intend to acquire the needed versapoints (both sales/purchases AND action points)to do so? Then once you have it worked out, DO IT! You might have to start a bit simpler, like > How will I come up with the needed funds to propel myself further in SFI? I

How important is it to have a good sponsor and co-sponsor?

In a perfect world, here at SFI, we would all have awesome sponsors and co-sponsors, but alas, our world is not perfect. SFI provides for us all of the information we need to succeed in this business, including support in the form of the Forum, a2a, support desk, and ACTIVE corporate support from Gery himself. So although it is good to have active sponsor and co-sponsor, they are not truly needed to succeed. Determination and

Contact your down line by all means possible. (Leadership page, Team Mail, daily stream posts, etc). Let them know the benefits of joining into your co-op. Remind them of the importance of gaining new PSAs to their business. Hopefully those that are able to participate will. (Money restraints may keep some of the willing unable to participate but co-ops can be a great reward for your team!)

The main investment an affiliate should plan on making to succeed with SFI is an investment of time. An investment of time needs to be both short-term as well as long-term. Short-term in that this business needs a small amount of attention DAILY and long-term because this business is not a "get rich quick". Investments of time need to focus on the daily actions of running this business model. Learning the business model is key to success here. Given the investment of "time", you

How can you offer financial support to a hard-working PSA/CSA who is truly financially challenged?

A hard-working PSA will respond to a personal TM (Team Mailer). I suggest that you simply offer them your support and see what they respond. Leave it up to them to accept or reject. You could throw them a Gift Certificate but be sure you send a TM to explain why ... like ... I appreciate the hard work you are doing, etc. Here again, they can accept/spend or reject/reverts back to you. I hate to think that someone is too proud for a helping hand but I'm sure there are some who are. I don't intrude

How does one support all your downline affiliates if you have barely enough to support your own self?

I am assuming that you are referring to financial support. Also is stated "all" downline affiliates. First, remove that "all". Work with your workers. Now, as for helping, yes HELPING, an occasional gift certificate is a great way. Or setting up a co-op with no charge to the affiliates you wish to help. I recommend GC for CSAs and co-op for PSAs. Why? Affiliates picked up via co-op that go to your PSAs are in your direct down line. should your PSA opt-out or get booted out of
