Who is the better demographic to target in my ads? Retired persons...or homemakers?

I'd have to say this question was written for me. When I retired due to health reasons which, no longer allow me to work out of the home, I began looking on the internet for work that I could do from home.
Having been a homemaker for years and, a single parent of 3 a few years after that, I had a a lot of skills. Before my illness, I was employed in the workforce for almost 30 years. I felt I had the tools under my belt, to run a online business with a little training.
I was sure if I could, find the perfect opportunity that asked me, to use the computer and to read with good comprehension skills and would take me step by step with free training and marketing assistance, this would be an asset.
Retired people want something to do that's not too taxing. They don't want to feel like they're still on that brick and mortar grind. At the same time, they're older
now and, most need to maintain a steady income. The retired elderly or disabled are, always looking for a way to stretch what little income they have, but with as little risk as possible.
May answer to this question is to definitely target both homemaker and retired persons demographically since, both groups are basically in the same cart. Both need to find a way to make more money to live better.

When should we give up on CSAs who don't respond to our messages or do anything?

You should never give up on anyone in your list. There are many CSA's on my list who so far has never responded to my emails and I send out a nice amount to them offering my assistance. The reality is that until they decide to opt out of your list, you have to treat them the same way as your other PSA's and CSA members who are actively responding to you and who are busy working the business.
It can be troubling, but one day the very ones not active today may decide to get busy on the business they chose to join. Just continue to send out encouraging emails to them and remember to direct them to your leadership page where you have notes on your blog and offers that maybe they haven't thought of.
I myself think that there could be a language barrier so I send out emails in different languages from time to time, in hope of them reading the email in their language since maybe, they couldn't understand in English.

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

Well, personally, I felt that moving up to the title Bronze Team Leader gave me a sense of authority. It means that I am in charge of a group of people that will, I hope follow me in the way that I work this business. To me, showing that I have achieved a leadership role instead of remaning an affiliate, gives me the confidence to be able to ask my teammates to trust that I will be there, for them to assist in any way that I can therefore fueling further growth throughout.
If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

Every business is built on it's body of members and the strengths that they each bring to the table.
You may not be good at sales but if you advertise your SFI links by placing ads, mailing postcards(ex.using a mailing list),buying and passing out SFI x-cards,printing and giving out flyers, you will get people who will be great at sales.
From there, they will promote Triple Clicks for themselves using TC resources to promote their links. These are what you should focus on to create a strong team and to create
a full-time income in SFI.

How would you rate yourself as a sponsor and do you think your PSAs would agree with your rating?

I rate myself a 5 as a sponsor and I know that my PSA's feel that way about me, because:
1. I treat them with the same respect that I would want for myself(Do unto others as you wish others to do unto you)
2. I don't try to be a know-it-all.
3. I insist on having them share with me what's on their minds pertaining to the
doubts that may cripple their actions to go forth.
4. I let my PSA's know that I'm human with the same needs and wants of encouragement
as they have.
5. I Listen to creative criticism of my leading skills if any without anger.

I'd have to say that #5 is my favorite because of the motivation it gives me. Just knowing that SFI gives you global marketing to staggering numbers of prospects, makes me happy and it's exciting and just boggling to the mind. Think of how long your client list can be and think of how large your income can grow because of these kinds of odds.
Gery has created SFI as a valuable service to people who want a successful marketing business without the hassle of renting a building and having to buy and stock merchandise and pay high overheads for renting.
This business just make sense and if you can read,and comprehend the information we have here and apply the steps and give a small amount of your time each day to this business, you can't fail at this.
We definitely can state that the sky is the limit if we really want to become independent of the 9-5 job and we should feel that we've come to the right place for amazing global sales and you should feel the inspiration of knowing you're going to do well!

How can I get my downline members to understand SFI and what to do?

Being attentive to your members, acknowledging each ones strengths and weaknesses,is the beginning of how I work with my teammates. I call them up on the phone and literally walk through each of their questionable needs. Most of the time their lack of understanding is due to being overwhelmed with the whole process of getting their 1500vp's by the end of the month. I tell them to take a deep breath and assure them that I am there for them and to just take it one step at a time. I tell them what pages to go to that explain in detail what they are unsure of and I listen until they feel assured.

I have always been interested in precious metals as an investment and up to now I haven't done it because I just didn't know who to trust. Now, with this as part of the sfi business program I am sure that I will include these silver bars as part of my investment portfolio. We all need to be thinking of a future without paper money and precious metal namely, gold and silver is for sale on the market today in vast quantities and we need to make sure that we have some in each of our families so that we're prepared for what could be an inevitable circumstance.

How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

I encourage my members to create a standing order for, their benefit of not having to worry about their EA status every month. Also I list various items for them in my LP so they can go and see what I have chosen, and I list more suggestions for items that would together make up 1500vp as a standing order. Duplication is key, if we lead by example the hope is that our lead will be followed.

Badges are important because they stand out as a form of business card telling prospective members that you are really actively involved in your business and that you respect it enough to climb to the highest ladders for success and that by seeing these banners you've given them hope. Every accomplishment you make places you in a prominent position. It also shows good leadership and it is thereby, rewarded by the placement of another badge. These badges represent your status symbolizing your growth and how dedicated you truly are in SFI. This is a wonderful boost to not only the members morale but to everyone that sees their banners. They are encouraging tools for advancement.
