Answer to this question will differ from person to person and situation to situation,still i'll try to put up my opinion as follows:

1) In case of newly joined Affiliates---Welcome them to your team with a short message
asking him whether he needs your support right now or he is comfortable in getting
started. Don't forget to ask him to contact you in future in case of need.Wait till
he responds, and when he contacts you, extend the support needed or resolve the
query raised.
2) In case of old Affiliates---Try to Respond as soon as possible, because he might
have contacted you in urgent need or he may be in short of time and your timely
support may help him to reach his target for the month and even retain his title for
the month.

Make sure to provide the required and relevant information only and any suggestion to the concerned matter only to be given.

Providing too much and irrelevant information will puzzle him and he may become apprehensive of approaching you for help in future. So be careful in communicating with your down line.

I would love to answer this question in parts as follows---

Do Your Home work:

Before meeting your prospective client do your home work for the meeting as follows---
1) Take the appointment as per his convenience in regard to time and place.
2) Arrange for all the information and supporting material needed for the discussion
during the meeting.
3) Be in time as per schedule of the meeting.

At start of discussion:

1) Greet him warmly.
2) Don't start the business discussion immediately.Chat with him for some time and make
him comfortable and understand his interest and background and try to find out his
objective for second income plan, before starting the discussion.
3) Start your discussion according to his objective and interest and don't paint very
rosy picture and give false commitments that you will start earning money from day
one. Project the correct facts and figures and tell him that it is a business and
will take time to grow.

At the end of the meeting---

Don't forget to handover your SFI business card along with your contact details and SFI gateways which will help him in contacting you.

A very good question indeed and reminds us to ponder over this. In my opinion, following are some of the reasons which we should address to overcome this problem:

1) Most of the Affiliates are sponsored through on-line advertising mediums and they
join SFI out of curiosity and just try it to know whether it actually works.
2) After joining, they get confused and don't know how and where to start from?
3) They think SFI is also like other on-line business opportunity which promises
getting rich over night and earn 100$ a day from the day one itself.

Now , what is the solution to all the above mentioned problems?

Solution is as follows:

1) The first and foremost duty of the Sponsor is to answer to his curiosity and
convince him that SFI really works as a business model and has survived and passed
the test of time. This can be done by sharing some testimonials of the successful
people from the team and if possible from his own team itself so that he gets
convinced and can see that he too can be a success.
2) Very important aspect of any program is to get started. As the saying goes "well
begun is half done". It is equally applicable here also. If we can guide him how to
get started along with justification of doing it right,we are done. This is how to
break his inertia and let him start with his own pace. After he starts enjoying it,
then ask him to gain momentum and set the goal of at least becoming EA every month.
3) It is very essential to get this idea be based in his mind that it is not a
"overnight success story". It is your business and every business needs time to grow
and flourish. So he has to give time to grow his business then only expect to start
earning. Every business needs investment whether in terms of time or money. The
choice is yours.

There is no best or worst way to get anything done.Some methods may work successfully in certain area under certain circumstances but the same may not work in other conditions and in other areas. Let me share my opinion on the subject.
I would follow following methods to get peoples to Triple clicks:
1) Try to tap your warm market with SFI E-cards.
2) Promote Tripleclicks products on social media links such as Facebook, twitter etc.
3) Ask your friend circle to check Tripleclicks at:http://www.tripleclicks.com/XXXXXXX
(xxxxxxxx stands for your SFI ID)
4) Do promotions for selling TCredits to be used for auction at Pricebenders.
5) Post Text ads and Banners to promote Tripleclicks at traffic exchanges.

Do the above actions on regular basis and result will start coming in terms of sales generation and you will start earning commissions also.

The first/best tip, after welcoming them on board and briefing them about SFI,
I usually share with my PSAs in two parts as follows:

(A) Conditioning

Making them Comfortable and have them Conditioned about this business with following facts:
1. Don’t treat, SFI as an overnight success story rather treat it like your own
business and give your time and let it grow.
2. Understand the basic concepts of this business and make your knowledge base
strong.
3. Take the support/guidance of your sponsor at the time of confusion or doubt
but don’t ever think of quitting without trying it.
4. Be regular in visiting your SFI site at least once a day and spend 01 hour
daily understanding and practicing one concept/method at a time for one month
without gap and you will see your confidence building up.
5. Have faith in yourself and your decision, as it is you who can realize your
dream only if you believe in it.

(B) Actionable

Guiding them for the actionable tasks as per priority:

1. Complete your profile with all the information required there in.
2. Log in daily and complete to-do daily actions and earn 11 Versa Points.
3. Go to Launch Pad and study and understand the concepts and earn Versa Points
too by clicking the green “V” sign at the top right corner.
4. Score 500 Versa Points by doing the above tasks within first 24 hours of your
registration and earn 500 VPs as Fast Track bonus and a badge too.
(Thus you score 1000 VPs (500 VP for your actions + 500 VP as Fast Track
bonus). Now you are short of 500 VPs for becoming Executive Affiliate (EA)
which you have to earn in left 29 days of the month which is very easy).
5. Become and remain EA every month to start reaping the benefits of SFI.

It's a nice question and in my opinion, building your team (sponsoring Affiliates) is more important than referring members to Tripleclicks. By referring members, you are concentrating only on sales but by sponsoring affiliates you are building your team as well as indirectly involved in sales as your team members will be doing the sales and purchase on your behalf.

Each one has ts own merit....As you asked which one you should follow to be more successful.....My answer is "Team Building". some of the points are here to defend my choice....

The design of SFI compensation plan is such that, you will many income streams if you do not concentrate on team building

1. TC Executive Pool: As per the compensation plan, you can gent huge amount of the executive pool bonus by building team up to 12 levels. But if you only concentrate on sales, you will miss this completely.

2. Without building team you can never be a TL. If you miss that, you can never get those valuable 2nd home CSAs when distributed. That will be another set back for you.

3. Building a good team will give you many PSAs with Wave 3 membership. This will increase your chance to win Wave 3 draw every week.

4. Also you will find it very difficult to rank among the top sponsor leadership board if you do not concentrate on Team building.

5. Team building will earn money for you when you will not be able to work as much as you are doing in SFI. This builds residual income for you not sales. So to keep your future secure and guarantee you income in your bad days, team building is highly recommended.

So concentrate on team building. sales will automatically happen.

Nice question for exploring potential successful business leaders in your team. The signs of a good new Affiliates can be summarized as follows:

1. He/she completes his profiles in totality.
2. He/she uploads his photo on the home page as well as leadership page.
3. Confirms his/her registration..
4. Visits SFI home page regularly and completes his to-do list actions.
5. Responds to sponsors communications and follows to his advice and tips.
6. Keeps in touch with his up line for support and guides/supports his down line
members.
7. Accumulates VPs to maintain at least EA status every month.
8. Sponsors affiliates and refers members to Triplecclicks to grow his business.
9. Participates in ASK SC and other forums of SFI for gaining from the experience of
other members.
10.Concentrates on sales/purchase of products listed at Tripleclicks store.

There is no yardstick for this to judge.In my opinion, minimum one hour a day or seven hours a week is must to become successful at SFI. Again i would say that it will depend upon individual to individual and circumstances that how many hours are sufficient to achieve your goal.Given the situation that you can't afford more than one hour a day, you have to prioritize the activities to be done on daily basis and divide your daily and weekly actions to the time you have in hand.

Remember "Quality of time devoted is better than Quantity of time." Finally you are the better judge of your resources.So utilize your resources as the situation permits.

Hi Andrew,
Very interesting question but there is no sure shot answer to this. It will depend from individual to individual and situation to situation. My take on this is as follows:

"I prefer quality over quantity".So i will go for recruiting fewer PSAs and concentrate on coaching and mentoring them to get started and build their own team of active affiliates. By doing so, i will be indirectly building my own team of active members. If I go for continuously sponsoring affiliates and don't concentrate on coaching them, it might be that maximum number of my affiliates may loose interest and quit SFI. In this scenario i will be left with very few number of affiliates to train them. So why not to devote time to those few affiliates and make them successful than wasting my time behind so many and getting nothing out of it.

So in nut shell, it's always better to "go for Quality than Quantity".
