Talking about quality affiliates? From experience, I recommend

1. Warming marketing: This is telling your family members, friends, neigbours, colleagues and everybody you know about SFI and TripeClicks. Because you know these ones personally, you are better able to guide them to be successful with SFI once you can convince them to join.

2. Social Media: This includes social network platform like facebook, twitter, google+ etc. This affords you the opportunity to share this business opportunity with friends and acquaintances who who do not live around. With the new SFI Share-It, it's now easier for you to share your success story with them and attract them to join.

3. Forums and groups: Share this awesome business opportunity with folks in online business forums and groups. These are people who have interest in making money online and there is a great chance they'll be active if they sign-up.

4. Classified Ads and Job sites: Whether it's the free or paid ones, there is a great chance of getting quality affiliates. They may not come very frequently, but you sure can get good ones when they do.

Most people who sign-up for SFI are not sure what next to do. They all seem overwhelmed by the amount of resources available to them and will just sign out and move over to something else. They may have stumbled on the business opportunity and signed-up without being ready to act immediately. We all know the importance on taking action within one's first 24 hours as an SFI affiliate (the fast track start)and this is the reason you receive an immediate notification as their sponsor. You should have a welcome letter handy to dispatch to them with a clear direction on what they need to do.

The secret to keeping the new affiliate from being overwhelmed is to keep it simple. You don't need to know everything about the business before you start making progress in it. This is a business opportunity we all plan to remain in for a very long time, so why trying to know everything at once? SFI has made things very simple by providing the SFI Basics (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics) and the Launchpad lessons (https://www.sfimg.com/LaunchPad/). For the first 30 days on SFI, the new affiliates should focus ONLY on these. The Launchpad lessons are designed to be studied one lesson a day and should be done that way. It is your duty to point out all these to the new affiliate in your welcome letter to him.

For the other members of the team, nobody should move away from the SFI Basics with out having a working knowledge of it. From the SFI Basics they can gradually move to the SFI Rules of Success (https://www.sfimg.com/ROS/Index), the Internet Income Course (https://www.sfimg.com/Training/InternetIncome) etc. but stick with the basics! You can make all the wealth you desire with SFI from that.

Another important thing you should do to help every member of your team from being overwhelmed is to open your lines of communication to them and provide them with the means to have live conservation with you if they so desire. Response promptly to their questions and confusions. Additionally, make it clear always to them that all they need to focus on in your TeamMail and TeamTalk messages. Give them a clear sense of direction and help them develop a workable plan to achieve their goals with SFI.

Firstly, you now have more PSAs which is a good thing. We all know how much it costs both in time and money to get sign-ups, so if anyone gives your some for free, he's done you a good thing. Whether they are active or not is a secondary issue, after all you'll agree that most of the ones you signed-up yourself are inactive.

Secondly, you've been given an opportunity to to lead these ones and motivate them into activeness. There are several reasons why these ones are inactive one of which could be that your sponsor has not been a good leader to them. He/she may have so many of them and is unable to adequately cater for them. By re-assigning them to you, he has given you the opportunity to be a better sponsor. Lastly, you've been given a potential source of wealth. We've been taught to never, never give up on any affiliate. He's being inactive now doesn't mean he'll always remain so. Offline marketing is the opposite of online marketing. It is the traditional methods of marketing such as television/newspaper/magazine adverts, posters, jingles, etc. There are many offine tools for advertising SFI as a whole (sponsoring, sales, ECA, Pricebender etc.), but since the question talks about recruiting affiliates, I'll limit it to that:

1. Talk to people directly about the SFI business opportunity. One-on-one advertising to people you know have proven to be one of the most effective way of recruiting affiliates. You can show them your TripleClicks MasterCard as evidence you're paid every month.

2. Buy and distribute the SFI X-cards to friends, family members, co-workers, associates. Leave them in taxis, restaurants, in shops etc. They are very affordable and you can find variety of them on TripleClicks (http://www.tripleclicks.com/search/dept/370).

Thank you for this timely question! Every affiliate must bear in mind that he'll never find anything else that is real and that will last any easier out there. SFI already has a 15 year track record of success. If he's not succeeding, it's not because the system is faulty, but that he's not doing enough of the right things that will bring success. He must also know that those experiencing success now never found it easier. Many of them have been here for years! If they gave up so soon, we won't be celebrating them today.

The first important thing anybody joining an affiliate marketing business must be told is to NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP! Like every real business, the SFI business requires commitment, patience and persistence. It's a team-building business where you make money off the activities of others. Building an active team takes time but once you're able to find those "ACES" to build your business around, the money begins coming and never ceases to! Giving up is easy, majority of those we join do that. The successful ones are the ones who persist. If we persistently keep doing the right things, we'll surely and steadily make progress.

Finally, we have to sadly accept that not everyone is cut out for a business like this. Not all have the patience and are willing to pay the price to succeed. Registering as an SFI affiliate is easy - anybody can do that. It doesn't mean such a one is making the commitment to work the business, so we can only try our best to motivate them. Great question! The truth is that it becomes easier and simpler for people to put in their best into a business when they know clearly how they can make money from it. Most people don't really understand how the system works and they become discouraged when they see their 1st commission. So as a good sponsor, it's your duty to point your new team members to the SFI Compensation Plan(https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan).

SFI indeed has a very generous compensation plan with six ways to make money: Direct Commissions, TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions, TCredits Bonus, ECA Royalties, and SFI Pay-Per-Action! Blogging is primarily Information Marketing and everyday, people search for information. If you have what they need, they easily subscribe to your blog.

2. Your blog needs to be well built and rich in content - with pictures and videos. If you can't build a good one yourself, you can get a professional to do that for you. Free blog sites abound, but the very good ones with quality themes require some payment. You need to create a good first impression on those new to your blog site. If you have good content in your blog, you can easily build a good subscriber base.

3. Your blog need to build a subscriber base and you need to advertise it to do that. We must bear in mind that learning never ends, especially when you're involved with online business that is very dynamic in nature. What works today may not work tomorrow or may not be as effective, so we must keep learning everyday. Here are some tips:

1. Subscribe to IAHBE. There are endless advertising resources available there. New ones are constantly being added. With just $30 every month, you can stay in touch with the best advertising practices.

This a great question. The best way to attract and convince people to join SFI is by sharing your success story with them. This is why I believe the new SFI Share-its where you get to share your successes with your friends on the social media is a great innovation by SFI.

They want to know if you're experiencing success. It's a difficult situation because the business is such that you need to build a good team to experience such success.

This is a great question! I've been doing a couple of weekly mails to my team on effective team building methods and I'll give a summary of them here and I hope you find it helpful:

1. SEND A WELCOME LETTER: This is very important. When you sponsor a new affiliate and have them join your team, you need to welcome them as a sponsor and give them a little guide on what they need to do. Most new affiliates just sign up and go to sleep not knowing they need to take some actions immediately like ensuring they pick up 500 VP on their 1st 24 hrs so they can get the 200 VP bonus and the Fast Track badge. Your welcome letter will remind them about that and also open lines of communication with them through your email and your Leadership Page. It also presents you as a responsible sponsor and gives some legitimacy to the SFI business. The letter should be sent as soon as you get the notification of the new sign-up. I also send a similar letter to CSAs that are newly assigned or those reassigned to me.

2. CONTINUALLY PROVIDE WORDS OF MOTIVATION AND HOPE: Affiliate Marketing is a tough but rewarding business. Building your team of active affiliates can be very challenging and it's the reason most people give up before they even start. But with you constant motivation and message of hope, they can persist and persevere. If we keep doing the right things consistently, we'll experience progress and they need to be constantly reminded of this and it's your duty as their Team Leader.

3. LEAD BY EXAMPLE: You've heard the saying that "action speaks louder than words"? and how so true when it comes to this SFI business of ours. When we get new sign-ups, they all want to know how real SFI is and how much success we've experienced. This is why it's important we have this proof or at least be on the path to obtaining it by doing our daily and weekly actions, having and maintaining a Standing Order, maintaining your Leadership Page, growing your SFI rank and badges etc.

4. PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR MEMBERS OF YOUR TEAM: This is a very important aspect of duplication. If you want to develop a strong team of committed members, you must be there for them and support them as much as you can by opening your lines of communication to them, keeping yourself well informed and up-to-date to help them with their questions an concerns, responding to their call for help promptly, providing personalized support for them, celebrating and rewarding their successes etc.

5. USING REWARDS/INCENTIVES: By this, I mean the gifts you given members of your team for their hard work and success, as a way of motivating and spurring them to greater achievements. Rewards work wonders and if rightly used can help you build a solid team.
