I have many affiliates in my genealogy that haven't been active for weeks. Should I just ignore them?

Every Day about 1000 persons join SFI. Calculating ........about 3-4 Million people must have enrolled by now. The Number of active affiliates is as my sponsor told me about one hundred thousand. Another Scenario: In my class 872 affiliates, 11 in contention for E365. Number of active Affiliates ? Maybe not over 50 , I don't know -a guess.
If an affiliates is not active for weeks/months chances are remote that you will be able to get him up from his slumber. Besides Weekly Mailer, sort them out and mail them personally at least once and mark that . I have been able to make one such person active by mailing personally. His complaint in the the reply was he has never been contacted by my upline .
Lesson: Try you must , but do not go on flogging a dead horse ( clearly outlined by the erudite Gery in launch pad lessons)
EDITOR'S NOTE: The 11 still in contention for her E365 class is exactly how E365 is supposed to work. Each round, half of the class is eliminated--no matter how many VP everyone is earning--but the elimination refers ONLY to the E365 contest; this does NOT indicate all those no longer in contention are inactive. Also, we've enrolled nearly 12 million affiliates in our almost 14-year history.

What are your recommendations to improve the WAVE3 Program?

WAVE3 is a remarkable program ; it has drawbacks though.
The biggest drawback is that WAVE3 Kits are not delivered to the subscribers. I have personally ordered 3 WAVE3 kits and where did they go is an enigma. None received . Another case reported -4 WAVE3 kits ordered , none received . Submit a ticket and you will get a formatted Computer Response.WAIT. No avail.
The Solution to this is to do away with the Ancient Postal System and devise a Quick Delivery Online System after subscription . Affiliate may be able to download script and Print himself on the Decal and then the procedure of WAVE3 registration follows . It will take less than a week . Anyone who is happy with the program will want to promote it. So the promotions will increase manifold if one single WAVE3 policy is changed .
My appeal to SFI corporate to review its WAVE3 policy .
WAVE3 products should be increased and to make it lucrative offer huge discount as on ebay . TC members should be allowed to submit their items . WAVE3 auctions may be an extra attraction.

For online marketing-Use a search engine like Google to find Websites and blogs that interest you. Now start surfing. When you find one you like and/or that you know has a good amount of traffic, contact the Webmaster (there's usually a "Contact Us" link in the footer or header of most sites) and ask about advertising on their site. You might be shocked at how cheap you can get banners on some fairly high traffic sites.
Also, don't be surprised if some of the Websites you start advertising on decide to become affiliates themselves (sponsored by you of course). Each time this happens, you will have just created FREE (which is even better than cheap) advertising for your business!

Many Websites feature a newsletter signup link on their homepages. When you find one, contact the Webmaster and ask if they will run an ad for you in their newsletter.

There are huge opportunities for successful offline promotions still out there as evidenced by the continued onslaught of direct mail pieces in your mailbox, billboards, radio ads, etc.
What has been found in offline advertising in the last few years is that you will often not get great QUANTITY, but the QUALITY is excellent. That is, the people you get from offline advertising will generally be much more responsive and active affiliates.he

My -Answer would be this:
In one and half month I have earned much beyond my Expectations. But do not weigh earning in pounds or dollars . In this period I have earned heavily by learning the basics of Internet marketing and have succeeded in squeezing in myself the confidence that I will be able to pull through. Its an earning for life and I can spend that over and over again. A recurring earning.

Recruiting an ECA is much different from Sponsoring an Affiliate . You need to put in more efforts with differing strategies.
For recruiting ECA, we need to do some Groundwork. First of all make a Database of the potential Companies in your City, State, region, country and for more enthusiasts worldwide and then Contact them personally Preferably by Phone , Video Calling or Snail Mail (postal Services_ A written letter has a more Shelf Life . The companies that we should target are small to medium group companies with Sole proprietorship, but also solos who have forayed into number of Fields distinct.
Next: whenever making a purchase online from ebay or other shopping sites leave a positive feedback with a comment that joining an ECA programme through this site (Your ECA Gateway) will fetch you more customers and generate business.
Think: When we start an offline business, we follow these steps
Land-------> Superstructure------>Infrastructure that is Showroom and Items-----> advertising ------> potential Customers (expected).
Consider this: Recruitment as an ECA all these steps are already laid for you .So. Why not go for it. ?
We may also do ECA advertising by door to door, telemarketing, TC/SFI consumer card,
And Flash our Payoneer card at all nearby stores we visit.
Other advanced methods are for advanced people. I am not.

Business setting up require lot of hard labor .The key to success is long vision . likewise in SFI which is like any other Long term Business. We need to train ourselves first for our best results and then put that training in action and only after that we should think about Commissions. Recall the words - Do Karma and the Fruit will come by itself.

Just ingrain into their mind that TC is your own store and the same thing if you buy from somewhere else, why not from your own store ;of course with many benefits like Deals and Discounts and in addition most sought after versa points, CV and many more benefits (Ask Gery).Also see Launchpad lesson no 8.

It is Indeed an Important Question , the answer to which can be traced back to our Primary schooling. The PSA and CSA are our Friends but, officially the Pupils. So, Soft and hard (not harsh) selective chosen words need to be used in communication with them at least weekly (for which we get 30 VP), but preferably more frequently through Geneology.And also, through it we can target the more progressive ones to contact the sponsor. Reply to each question . Willingly, get the class in your favor and win their confidence.
Its all about persistence.

I have affiliates who are inactive. Is it a good idea or bad idea to reassign them to my active affiliates?

Strategy at work is the Key to success. We have to act slyly as well when needed. Reassignment is one such tool at SFI where if you have large number of PSA'S. Select at least 5 PSA's to become TL and maintain that status. Reassignment as an Incentive to them will encourage them and they will be more proficient. And even the reassigned EA, if he becomes active will contribute to your levered Income.
Think well and Reassign affiliates as Bonuses/Contests/ Competition.
