I myself have used Skype utilizing all methods of communication: text, voice, and video. I highly recommend the use of Skype in your SFI business. I personally have used Skype for quite some time and definitely suggest video because it cancels out any form of miscommunication that is often lost in text. It also really helps with building much more personal and business relationships because you can see facial expressions, and here the persons voice. Isn't that what business is all about? Besides,

I think the TripleClicks TCards are a great marketing tool. To whom would you give the cards to and why?

I always keep a couple in my wallet. You never know when you will see an opportunity arise. The other day I only had one left and there were two college kids that saw the value in a $12 gift card. I made them rock, paper, scissors for it. I feel it added to the value.

I have also spoken about to my co-workers and bosses and have given them to them. Who doesn't like free money to spend? It is actually a quite simple marketing tool, that you can use in everyday life with just a bit

If sales isn't your strong suit, what should you focus on to create a full time income in SFI?

It is okay if you aren't good at sales! That's the great thing about SFI! There are so many options for you to make commissions! Simply create your OWN FREE online store with TripleClicks. Think of something you are passionate about, and sell items from those hobbies you enjoy. One of the things I really enjoy is cooking. I looked in TripleClicks and found there wasn't many items in the kitchen department. I knew in town that they had a kitchen store. I asked the owner if I can sell his products

I ask them if they are looking for a side income, that could eventually lead to SFI being their full time job.

Let them know that SFI has the best support, (you being one of them), and let them know that once they get used to the system it truly is an easy job!

The greatest thing is that it's free to join!

How would you go about organizing a seminar to introduce new, high-quality SFI affiliates?

The key to this component of your advertising method would be having a network of some sort. That network would include, friends, family, Facebook friend, etc. Basically anyone that will take the time to hear/see your message and smiling face! Next, you would have to have a venue for the webinar, meaning a webinar room. Starting out as a new webinar person, a 500 seat room will probably do. I happen to know of places where you get one rented out to you if need be. (for expense purposes)

I know I should work with the workers, but how many follow-up messages should I send to inactive CSAs/PSAs before giving up on them?

You would be surprised how persistence and continual emails sometimes work. I am a perfect example of such. I didn't really start working with SFI until I received about 20 emails. It was because of that persistence that I found SFI. Sure, I regret not getting right to work because I missed out on the fast track, but knowing now what I didn't know then, I know that persistence is key.

Will moving up my personal rank in SFI help to gain more trust from my downline members and help fuel further growth?

While rank is a very important thing as far as commissions go, I think that the most important thing to gain trust from my downline is through communications and being there for them anytime they have a question, promptly. But it goes further; being sure about your answer, and taking the time to find links for easier answer finding. Also, posting quality information in your stream posts help a great deal. Saying "Have a great weekend", and posting the same message over and over conveys

I have affiliates come to me for help who are not part of my team--should I help them or send them away?

I look at it this way. Aren't we all part of the same team? Aren't we all utilizing SFI as a vehicle to succeed? I think it is great to get input from any source that can further me closer to success. Perhaps that person is outreaching to you because they're sponsor doesn't bother to help. Ultimately, we are all part of the same team. We are all part of the same downline, Mr. Gery Carson's!

I like to motivate my downline by any form of communication I can. I definitely prefer Skype as my main source for communications. It is very quick in comparison to email. I also try to motivate using team mail and the stream.

I like to give prizes as motivation. You can use the traditional methods, TCredits, gift certificates, affiliates...This month I bought some webcams and will throw that into the mix. What better incentives are there out there besides the immediate results!

Wow! That's a great question!

First and foremost, and if you feel comfortable, recruit from within. What I mean by that is talk to friends and family. Provided that they have a different IP address, it is a great start to building your downline most because you have personal relationship already established.

Secondly, start promoting online. There are many ways to advertise online, and there are free ways to advertise online such as traffic exchanges, safelists, and classifieds.
