How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

It is a good question. Every affiliate might have seen the advertisement that “Real internet income. Join SFI free and earn fast”. Therefore, most of the affiliates might have joined SFI with the intention that they can earn money fast without any investment and with less effort.
No genuine business works well without any investment. This is also known to all affiliates and they are also ready to invest small money into SFI business provided they are assured of getting reasonable income.
Therefore, your approach should be like this:
In your welcome letter to your affiliate explain the ways to become EA and EA2 without any investment. You can also explain the free online methods to make reasonable signups as early as possible and also extent all the needed supports. Make them to understand SFI business thoroughly by doing TODO list activities daily, studying SFI basics and Launch pad lessons, visiting Forums, reading ASK SC questions and answers, tips, alerts, news etc. Ask them to participate in all contests and also ensure that they become E365 Finalists.
Once they become EA and are marching towards EA2, explain them that SFI is a real internet income opportunity and there are many income plan available by which they can earn income. However, a small investment is needed during the initial months to strengthen their foundation at SFI. With your experience and from the success stories, you can explain the best plan of investment for them too.
This will definitely make your affiliates to understand the realty of SFI business.

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

Hello,
There are mainly three reasons for the non-responsiveness of sponsors. One is that they are not in the business now or they are too busy. The second reason is that they don’t want to respond to your questions because you might not have proved your seriousness in SFI business. The third reason is that their habit of not responding to their affiliates.
Therefore, first you should understand the reasons and act accordingly. Unless you are active and very serious in SFI business you can’t succeed and your sponsors also want that only. You prove your worthiness, your sponsor will respond automatically. You can consolidate your activities and your achievements and email to them regularly, which will help you to get the support from your sponsor.
Apart from your direct sponsor, to help you there are many others too… Your Co-sponsor is one who can help in all the ways. Contact them with highlighting your seriousness in SFI business and they will definitely help.
You can also use FORUM, A2A Friends, ASK SC and Your Upline for getting your support in different forms. Therefore, don’t worry about non-responsiveness of your sponsor. Go ahead.

How can I get my affiliates active with TripleClicks?

The first and foremost thing to be done is to get your affiliates involved in TripleClicks activities. Once they are there and realize what a fantastic place it is then they will never leave.
Explain them all the facilities and the earning potential available at TripleClicks and the essential requirements to get them involved in it.
Explain your success story at TripleClicks. You can also collect success stories of your affiliates, your fellow SFI affiliates and pass it on to your affiliates. You can use your website, Leadership page and mail for this purpose.
If you are financially sound, pass on a small Gift Certificate or TCredits as an incentive to the needy successful affiliates. Please note that the financial support should be given only to the needy affiliates after complete assessment of their potential and their involvement in their business at SFI. Otherwise your existence at SFI will become a question.

Recruiting PSAs or ECAs--which will generate the quickest income?

Which will generate the quickest income? – PSA or ECA.
It’s depend on the quality of the PSA or ECA you are recruiting. Assuming that the quality of your recruitment is good then in my opinion, ECA will generate the quickest income for you.
When you are recruiting your ECA, you should ensure that they are one of the already established business leaders in a particular area and only thing is that they are trying to increase their business base through SFI. Hence, as soon as they get registered at SFI, their products will be purchased by SFI members and you will be getting the commission and volume of the business also will be large.
On the other hand, PSA after getting registered at SFI, first they have to become EA and then only they can earn and inturn you will be getting commission.
Hence, recruiting ECA will generate the quickest income.

The first and foremost point is to make sure that all your team members are made aware about the contest well in advance. This can be done by posting the contest in your Leadership page and by sending personal mails to all in your team.
The rules and regulations of the contest shall be SMART (Simple/Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound). Before finalizing the contest, the opinion of your team can be taken.
Don’t forgot to Congratulate the contest winners and notify the contest winners in your Blog/Website, Forum, Facebook, twitter etc..
The contest shall be INNOVATIVE and the commitments indicated should be fulfilled within the specified time.

How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

SFI is the ONLY business that can work with very limited budget. Here are some of my suggestions in regards to building your SFI business on a limited budget.
1. Ensuring your EA position every month is very important. For the first month limit your action VPs as minimum as required for only earning your EA position and for qualifying for E365 Finalists contest. The balance left out action points can be utilized effectively for earning your EA2. SMART plan can easily make you EA2 with available provisions in SFI systems
2. Don’t miss the chance to qualify for E365 Finalists.
3. Participate in Daily Grand contest & T-time Contest right from day-1. Accumulate T Credits you win from the contests including E365 Finalist Contests. You will get your bonus credits also when you become EA2
4. Get your downlines(PSAs) through free advertising as much as possible by starting your advertising from day-1. Becoming EA in first month within two days of joining SFI will be helpful for you to get more CSAs. There is possibility of getting more than 10 CSAs also.
5. At the end of two months your downlines strength will be sizable and they will also start adding revenue to your account.
6. If there is any shortage of VPs under these circumstances, particularly from third month onwards you can think of investing a minor amount only for maintaining your EA position. From fourth month onwards, I strongly feel that you may not require to invest your own fund. It can be made available from your earnings at SFI itself.
7. Once your T Credits in your account grows more than 100, start participating in auctions wisely.
8. Become a WAVE3 member as early as possible wisely at appropriate time and participate in the contest without missing.

First you should understand your strengths and weaknesses in doing your business at SFI. Indentify all the weaknesses and strengthen yourself.
Next make a clear vision both long term and short term. Set your achievable daily, weekly and yearly goals.
Make action plan to successfully meet your set goals. Update your Leadership page regularly with your vision and goals.
Monitor the performance of all your team members through genealogy. Make regular communication with your team appraising/appreciating their achievements. Motivate them by all means to continue their business at SFI. Immediate response to your team members mail is important. And giving suitable solutions to their problems is most important.

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

Hello,
First step is to understand the difficulties of ECAs in your local area. For this you can visit their office/shop and discuss with them and clearly understand their difficulties in doing business with SFI. Some ECAs may feel that their existing business will get affected by doing their business with SFI. Some ECAs may have difficulty in listing their products. Some may have doubts in getting their money after sale of their product. Some may have doubt in getting customers and feel that they have to spend lot of time and efforts for getting very small business.
Therefore, you should be very clear about ECA business at SFI and get a clear concept of SFI business through ECA. Get prepared for all questions from your ECA and clarify them clearly and build confidence in them for listing their product. If required, assist them in doing so and ensure that they don’t have any difficulty.
You can also suggest them the suitable products that can be listed which can improve their business remarkably. Do a market survey, if required.
Explain them all the STRENGTHS of SFI business including the affiliates number and its growth potential.
You should remember that always your hard work or assistance for your ECAs will reap benefits on long run.
