Blocked emails is an indication of inactivity or reluctance of an Affiliate to continue with the business. An affiliate should be encouraged not to quit at this stage. An awesome sponsor must be able to assess all his sponsored and co-sponsored affiliates in terms of their activities and likely intentions.

An awesome sponsor should be more than a Sponsor, Co-Team member or Team Leader. When a new PSA is assigned, the sponsor must learn to develop mutual trust and respect. He must present a warm welcome and offer commitment to support his PSAs/CSAs.
